Can I walk in to the clinic to see Dr Tan without appointment?
You are more than welcome to visit us for a consultation without an appointment during opening hours. Dr Tan will try his best to see you between his pre-arranged cases if possible. However, to reduce your waiting time, it will be great if you could call our clinic at 62358233 or 62358236 to book a slot for your visit. Alternatively, you could leave a message on our WhatsApp at 97837568 for an appointment.
What is the cost of a gastroscopy or a colonoscopy?
In general, there are a few components to the cost of gastroscopy or colonoscopy:
Doctor’s professional fee: Our fees are generally in accordance to those within MOH Fee Benchmarks for Private hospitals. You may check for these fees here.
Hospital facility fee.
Sedation/Anaesthetist fee.
If you have Medisave, you may also use Medisave to offset part of your endoscopy procedure fee up to the claimable limit. Most insurers also provide full if not partial coverage for gastroscopy and colonoscopy which is either done as a day surgery case or as an inpatient case.
